in the Lorraine region of E. France specialised in electronics.
Programme backed by a PIC-PME program(supporting SME's). Definition
of lines of action and a programme. Setting up a sales structure.
Training. Preparing communication documents, the budget and the
legal structure.
Assistance to a network of electronics
companies
(about 40 businesses) to draw up a joint sales and product diversification
development programme. Creation of a "joint behaviour" to launch
new activities. Programme between central government and the regions
(Brittany and the River Loire valley). Under way.
Definition of a joint programme between
sub-contracting companies in the industrial sampling sector to combine
their skills, thinking, promotional procedures and services into
a common approach. Creation of a joint-means club for a common sales
action (France and Europe, 15 members so far). o Backed by the DRIRE
(Regional Industry, Research and Environment Board) and the Savoy
regionin SE France.
Drawing up an alliance strategy
for a mechanical sub-contractor with other companies in the sector
to develop new fast prototyping techniques (with a specialist in
light robotics, high speed machining and laser cutting). Implementation
of a partnership programme and legal followup. Project EUREKA.
Participation as a French member of the experimental EURONET (DGIII/UE)
specialist
training programme for
the creation of business networks for SMB (Small-Medium Businesses),
and networking networks in Europe. Drawing up of specific methodologies
between European partners that motivate businesses to bring them
together (this programme has since "nurtured" other European programmes).
Creation of a network of
three sub-contracting craft firms in the Rhone-Alps region, working
in the treatment of wood and wood-thermoplastic combinations. Implementing
the corresponding sales strategy. Drawing up of an "Operating Network"
dossier and a CROC dossier. Validation of markets.
Assistance
in the training of
Portuguese company heads (members of the national association of
company heads) to create local joint-venture companies designed
to work with European industrial sectors. Programme backed by the
Leonardo da Vinci/EU procedure.
Initiation,
creation and orchestration
of
a network of companies in the sports and leisure sector to develop
research and development actions (market anticipation).
Assistance in the implementation
of a competence network in the mechanical
and plastics processing sectors.
Finding
partners, launching a trials action base,
coordination
and organisation of a partnership between 3 companies for the validation
of a new material to be applied to "sensitive" markets so as to
get back some lost market shares by a technological leap.
