SUB-CONTRACTING

• Audit of 130 projects of sub-contractors in electronics having developed or taken part in the development of ASIC, to direct their commercial development and lay down a financial basis for their actions. Assistance in the final stages to about fifteen businesses.

• Training of 200 company heads using 6-day modules, on behalf of Professional Associations in the French towns and departments of Romans Drôme Nord, Montélimar Drôme Provençale, Tournon Ardèche Nord, Aubenas Ardèche Sud and Vienne Isère. Training of 170 businesses for professional salons, especially sub-contracting salons. Accompaniment of 45 businesses to salons.

• Training of 92 sub-contracting and industrial production company heads for the coming inter-European marketing contacts, at the international EUROLYON meetings.

• Training provided for 11 professional associations in Rhone-Alps.

• 1993-1999: writing of the "Monthly Industrial Sub-contracting Newsletter" sent to 600 companies.

• Audit of a sales organisation (a subsidiary company) in Italy for a manufacturer of level sensors (45 people) designed for automobile applications, defining a strategy of actions. Implementing the means. Monitoring of developments.

• Definition of the sales strategy of a microbiological analytical laboratory. Association with a major regional laboratory for some aspects of high level analyses.

• Audit of five sub-contracting companies of the DGA/DCN (Toulon, S. France). Sales behaviour training (national and international).

• Participation in programmes of assistance for sub-contracting businesses at La Défense business centre in Paris (20 companies over two years) to establish their diversification capacities, technical and sales development programme and partnership associations. This is a DGA/DRIRE (Regional Industry, Research and Environment Board) /Rhone-Alps region programme with followup of the companies to implement solutions.
- Definition of the sales structure of 5 traditional artisan businesses as part of a "global training" plan to develop sales tools.

• Client: the Ain [department] Professional Association.

• Audit of 150 sub-contracting businesses
(in mechanics, maintenance, boiler-making) with a view to launching a "sales strategy" operation aimed at the organisation and development of in-house sales tools.

• Assistance in the organisation of a partnership project between French and Portuguese sub-contractors (in mechanics and furniture).
